We lose the capacity to orientate ourselves, understanding north from south, left from right.
2. Social media:
We lose the capacity to have a balanced conversation, greet people whilst looking them in the eyes, and the capacity to listen.
We lose the capacity to manage a house with common sense, turning off the lights, closing blinders, locking doors.
4. Phone contacts:
We lose the capacity to memorize phone numbers, and therefore we are not training our long-term memory.
5. Handycams:
We lose the capacity to visualize with our imagination.
6. Microsoft Word and texting:
We lose the capacity to write by hand, and being able to spot mistakes.
7. Exel:
We lose the capacity to calculate in our heads.
8. Youtube:
We lose the capacity to tell a story.
9. Cars:
We lose capacity to bike and walk.
10. Sitting in front of a pc screen:
We lose the capacity to sit straight with a nice straight back.
