Is it only me or is it logical to create “Human Added Value” in every business, occupation, job or activity ?
On one side: Material added value measurable mostly in Euro or other “hard currencies”
On the other side: Human Added Value, measured in… let’ s say feeling.
Feeling which motivates employees to engage, and clients to come back…
A few examples:
1. Sport shops:
– material value = the tools and kits
– human added value = the potential to develop oneself, human qualities, health, body and emotional potential.
– material value = knowledge and skills
– human added value = human “being” qualities like self-confidence, charisma, intuition, passion
